Brands. Amplified. Strategy led design.

A strategy led brand amplification studio.

We are a brand amplification studio led by Brand Architect Narissa Taylor. Twenty-five years of brand building, now in one place, for founders who want it done right. We name brands, we build them, and we run them. Strategy first, design second, and the customer always at the centre. This is where it starts.

Brands. Amplified. Strategy led design.

I'm Narissa.

A Brand
Architect//

I combine strategy and design to develop the foundations your brand stands on. Our studio, Amplifly, brings them to life and grows your brand from there.

— What we do

Strategy. Design. Campaigns//

One studio, the whole brand life. We can do it all, or just the part you need.

We help you define the brand, name it, build the identity, design the print and the website, map the customer journey, plan the comms, and run the campaigns. Strategy, design, and amplification all sit under one roof, with creative direction from a Brand Architect. We build the brand around your offer, and then deliver it to the market in a way that is cohesive, ownable, and unmistakably yours.

— Selected work

A few of the brands
we have built and named.

Across property development, apparel, hospitality and healthcare, consultancy, and premium building materials.

— Our answer

What is
a brand?

Ask ten people, get ten answers. Here is ours. A brand is the gap between what you say and what people feel. It is ownable, defensible, and unmistakably yours. It meets a real need or want, and it knows exactly who it is for.

Sounds simple. It is not. That is why we built a system for it.

— What is a brand

It is more than just a name//

A name is the door. The brand is the whole house behind it. The voice, the look, the feel, the promise you keep, the customer who chooses you again. Get the foundation right and every touchpoint agrees with the last. That is the work. Not decoration. Architecture.

— Narissa Taylor

You can call a brand anything you want. Any name can be a brand. It is how you craft that brand that matters//

This is the Amplifly approach in one sentence. The name is not the magic. The craft is. Ownable, defensible, uniquely you, built around a real need and a clearly defined customer. Do that work, and any name in the world can carry a great brand. Skip it, and the best name in the world will still fall flat.

— The brand test

Ownable. Defensible. Uniquely you//

Run every brand through four questions. Most brands pass two and wonder why they blend into the category around them. We do not stop until all four are yes, because that is the difference between a name and a brand.

Can you own it?
Can you defend it?
Is it unmistakably you?
Does it meet a real need or want, for a clearly defined customer?

Sounds easy? Overwhelming, perhaps. That is where Amplifly comes in.

— Strategy · foundation first

We build it before we design it.

Most agencies start with how the brand looks. We start with what it is. Our proven system lays the foundation first, so the design has something true to bring to life.

Strategic anchor, clarity, naming, then visual direction. In that order, every time. Foundation first is not slower than the alternative. It is the only thing that makes the design feel obvious when it finally arrives. The design brings the brand to life, not the other way round. Beautiful, off-brand work is still off-brand. The result feels inevitable, because it was built, not guessed.

— How we work

Design.
Bring to life.
Run.

Three phases, one studio. Most designers design without strategy underneath them, and most agencies stop after the launch. We can stay with you for as long as you need us, because the brand you build only matters if someone keeps building it after the launch is over.

01
— Design

The architect phase.

Strategy, naming, positioning, and the BrandSet// foundation. This is where we work out what your brand stands for, who it speaks to, and how it sounds, before anyone draws a logo. It is where the intellectual property of the brand actually lives.

  • Brand strategy & positioning
  • Naming & tagline
  • Tone of voice
  • BrandSet// foundation
02
— Bring to life

The build phase.

Visual identity, packaging, website, photography direction, and launch production. This is where the foundation becomes something people can see, touch, and respond to. We build the world your brand lives in, not just the logo.

  • Visual identity & systems
  • Website & digital build
  • Packaging & print
  • Launch campaigns
03
— Run

The operate phase.

Social, paid, email, content, automation, and reporting. Week after week, month after month, the brand keeps moving forward. AI does the heavy lifting in the background, while humans make the calls that actually matter. This is the phase where most brands lose their momentum, and where the ones we run do not.

  • Social & content
  • Paid media & growth
  • Email & CRM
  • Marketing automation

— Sound familiar?

You have a business. You do not have a brand.

Somewhere deep down, you already know the difference. You have a company name, the product or service is good, the team is good, and the market should be choosing you. But something does not feel right when you look at the whole picture, and you cannot quite name what.

— 01

Your brand looks different everywhere you show up.

The website doesn't match the deck. The deck doesn't match the email. The email doesn't match the post. You've stopped trying to fix it, because every fix creates another inconsistency further down the line.

— 02

You're second-guessing every creative decision.

Should we say it this way? Use that colour? Show that face? You are rebuilding your judgement on every call, with no framework underneath you to lean on. Just instinct, fatigue, and screenshots of work you saw somewhere else.

— 03

Marketing keeps starting over.

New person, new agency, new platform, and everyone says they get it on the first call. Six months in, you are explaining your business from scratch all over again, because the momentum dies in the handover.

— The shift

Where you are. Where you're going.

— Before · building around the brand

The brand feels scattered, borrowed, and almost-right.

  • Every creative decision starts from zero.
  • Inconsistency runs across web, email, packaging, and social.
  • Marketing fires off in eleven directions at once.
  • You are the bottleneck for every sign-off.
  • Each new agency restarts the brand conversation from scratch.
— After · a brand that runs

A foundation everyone in your business stands on.

  • Decisions get made against the BrandSet// architecture, not on instinct.
  • One world, one voice, and one feeling across every surface.
  • Marketing is aimed at the things that actually matter.
  • Sign-off is fast, because the framework already did the thinking.
  • A studio that already knows the brand inside out.

— Brand in the age of AI

Be the answer AI gives//

Search is changing. People are asking AI, and AI answers with one source. We make sure that source is you. The strategic work is human work, the execution is AI-leveraged, and your brand is built to be the answer the machines cite when it matters. The brand still has to be set properly first. Then it gets found.

— Move 01

Recognition

Get the brand into the source set the AI tools sample from.

— Move 02

Questions

Map the real questions customers ask, then build content around them.

— Move 03

Open ground

Find the questions nobody owns yet, and own them.

— Move 04

Citations

Make every page citable, specific, distinct, and quotable.

— AI drives output

It does not build a cohesive brand.

AI is an extraordinary tool, and it lets you create marketing and design work you might never have been able to produce on your own. But it is only ever as good as the foundation underneath it. Without a brand that has been crafted and positioned first, and brand assets that are machine-readable, you will still find yourself looking like everyone else in the category.

01

I'm generating campaigns and content like I never have before, but it still looks like everyone else's. The tools are working. The output just isn't strong enough.

02

I'm sending files to the printer, but they keep coming back the wrong size or in the wrong format. The work just isn't right.

03

My brand is still inconsistent, and I don't know why. Your tools are only as creative as the inputs you give them.

We deliver brand assets and brand guidelines that are LLM-ready and machine-readable, so you can train your own AI tools and start generating output that is on-brand, consistent, and genuinely ownable. Once we hand over your BrandSet// assets, your team and your tools produce on-brand work without a single back-and-forth. The brand isn't trapped in your head anymore.

— The studio, on the grid

A brand is a daily practice,
not a launch.

Two well-placed posts a week beat seven daily posts no one reads. This is the work, showing up.

— Six months from now

Here's who you become.

Six months is enough time to design the foundation, bring it to life across every touchpoint, and have the studio running it in the background. Here is what that looks like from inside the room.

01

It is Monday morning. The studio sent the week's content for sign-off on Friday, and three minutes of your time is all it needed. By Monday it is already scheduled, already on-brand, and already working in the background while you get on with the business.

02

A new lead comes in cold. They read the website end to end, and they book a call. Halfway through the conversation they say, "I already feel like I know how you work." The brand has been working for them, in the background, before they ever spoke to you.

03

You hire someone new. You hand them the BrandSet// document. By Friday they are producing on-brand work without a single back-and-forth. The brand isn't trapped in your head anymore.

— A word from a client

"Narissa doesn't just build the brand, she helps you understand what your brand actually is, what it stands for, and how it should sound. She's the most strategic mind I've worked with, and then she generates everything you need to launch your brand and turns it around almost immediately. She gives you the confidence to see and feel your brand. She makes it feel real."

— Honest about fit

Who we work with. And who we don't.

We are a small studio, which means we can only do excellent work for a small number of clients at a time. That means saying no often, and being honest with people about whether we are the right partner for what they are trying to build.

This is for you if

  • You have an idea, and you don't know where to start to bring it to life.
  • You need strong strategic direction from day one.
  • You have built something good, and you know the marketing isn't matching it.
  • You want a brand foundation that lands and holds.
  • You want one studio across strategy, creative, and the day-to-day running of the brand.
  • You are ready to invest in something built right, not just fast.
  • You appreciate craft, considered work, and strategic advice from someone who has seen the patterns before.
  • You want AI used as leverage, not as a shortcut.

This isn't for you if

  • You are looking for just a logo and a Canva template.
  • You don't have time to dedicate to the foundation work properly.
  • You expect performance results before the brand is built.
  • You are chasing trends, rather than building something to last.

— The architect

Hi, I'm Narissa.

I have spent more than twenty years building brands, with the work spanning global blue-chip FMCG, property developers, premium ecommerce, healthcare, hospitality, and a handful of personal labels along the way.

I studied marketing, majored in strategy and international branding, and have lived and breathed brand strategy ever since. I learned design by sitting next to designers for years, watching how they think, and I have worked with the largest advertising agencies all the way through to working on my own. I have been a marketing director, a brand consultant, a founder, and now, finally, a creative director and studio owner running my own methodology with my own team.

Amplifly is what happens when twenty-plus years of brand work meets a generation of AI tools that can actually do something with it. We are small, fast, and able to deliver work that should genuinely require a team three times our size.

If you are reading this far, we are probably a good fit. Book a call.

— Honest answers

Things you're probably wondering.

What does it actually cost to work with the studio?

+

Studio retainers start from NZD $3,500 per month. We also offer day rates, on-demand work, and project-based engagements depending on what suits the way you want to work. We send a proper proposal after the first call, with no fine print and no surprises.

Is the studio just Narissa, or is there a team?

+

Narissa is the Creative Director and the constant on every piece of work. The studio operates with a small team of designers, paid media specialists, and automation engineers, all of whom work under her direction. We are not pretending to be a thirty-person agency, and we are not trying to. The studio is built lean, fast, and senior-led on purpose.

What's the role of AI in the studio?

+

AI is leverage, not a shortcut. We use it for the heavy lifting of drafts, ideation, asset variants, scheduling, and reporting, which leaves the human work for the strategic decisions. Every output is reviewed by a human before it ships, and every brand voice we train is trained from scratch on the client's own work, never borrowed from somewhere generic. You will never see a chatbot caption leave this studio.

How is this different from a marketing agency?

+

Most agencies start with execution. We start with architecture. Most agencies hand you off to junior staff after the pitch. With us, you are working with the founder. Most agencies measure success in deliverables. We measure success in how much of the brand you actually use, week after week, long after the launch is behind us.

Can I just buy the workbook and do it myself?

+

Yes. The BrandSet// Workbook is exactly that, the full methodology in self-led form, for USD $47. If you have the time and the discipline, it is enough to build a strong foundation on your own. If you want it done with you, or done for you, that is what the studio and the BrandBuilt// programme are designed for.

How long until we see results?

+

Brand foundation work usually takes four to six weeks. Once the brand is set, bringing it to life across web, social, and packaging takes another two to six weeks depending on scope. Once we are running the brand, you will start seeing momentum from month two. Real performance numbers generally compound from month four onwards. We will not promise overnight, and we will not waste your first six months either.
